Founder of Zetti Contracting, Jay Scorzetti received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from West Virginia University. Jay began his construction career in high school when he and two cofounders established SBS Handymen LLC, a residential and commercial maintenance and renovation corporation. After obtaining his engineering degree, Jay joined March Westin Company, a general contracting firm in Morgantown, WV. As a project manager he managed preconstruction development including estimating negotiated and hard bid projects and establishing plan contracts. Jay maintained daily job schedules, executed buyouts and purchases, oversaw sub-contractor development, and established and sustained client relations. He headed local developments contracted for up to 36 million dollars. In 2015, Jay led the construction of U-Club Sunnyside, a 550-bed student housing project and winner of the “Excellence in Construction” award.
